Our practice, Wight Eye Care, is committed to protecting your eye health with the most advanced technology available, and we are excited to announce that our comprehensive eye exam now offers the Wellness Exam.
The Wellness Exam is state-of-the-art technology that allows our doctors to see all (10) layers of the retina and beneath the surface of your retina, and a wide-angle-view of the full retina, where signs of disease may first appear. Traditional eye exams do not provide this level of detail and is more detailed than standard dilation. Taking the wide-angle photos may take the place of dilation and shows a wider view behind the retina for much more thorough examination of the eyes.
